JOLENE HSU
SENIOR EVENT EXECUTIVE
Jolene gained extensive experience in hospitality and elevated customer experiences while at Banana Republic, prior to joining Fulcrum Group. Jolene takes great pleasure in connecting with her customers and ensuring that all options are exhausted to make sure that they are happy with the final product.
Jolene’s love for events stems from spending quality time with her large extended family. Creating comfortable and fun experiences for she and her loved ones to enjoy is a big part of Jolene's character. Jolene realized her passion for events extended outside of her family in high school, when she was part of the Prom Committee. Jolene continued to follow that calling in college as Vice President of Programming of her sorority, where she planned small business meetings, team building retreats, and formal dance events.
In her free time, Jolene loves starting new sewing projects, staying active, and traveling.
