The portfolio includes Table + Teaspoon, the first nationwide table setting rental delivery service; Abbey Party Rents, one of Northern California’s longest operating event-rental companies; One True Love Vintage, a curated collection of elevated furniture and décor; Fulcrum Productions for premium white-glove event execution; a growing luxury venues division; and Priorum, the Group’s rapidly expanding software arm.
Fulcrum Group has supported a wide range of marquee projects, from producing core infrastructure for major global forums to leading event operations for sporting and cultural institutions. Recent highlights include the APEC conference, NBA All Star Weekend, a multi year partnership with the de Young Museum, and a national brand collaboration with Ferrero Rocher.

Abbey Party Rents is a respected player in the Northern California large-scale events scene, offering everything from fine china to custom tenting production.
Fulcrum Productions is a newly developed branch of Fulcrum Group, designed to provide expert creative direction and white glove execution for large-scale events and galas in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Webster Hall, formerly the Health Sciences Library, is a venue rich with Bay Area history. The building was designed and constructed in 1912 by Albert Pissis, San Francisco’s first Ecole des Beaux-Arts trained architect.
Originally funded by the Cooper Medical College of San Francisco, the institution merged with Stanford University’s School of Medicine, occupying the space until 1956.
In 1970, the library was dedicated to commemorate a distinct group of physicians and dentists who made important contributions to San Francisco’s medical history.
The Property became a Historic Designated Landmark in June 1979, and was utilized by the California Pacific Medical Center as a medical library through the 1990s.
ONE TRUE LOVE VINTAGE
Identifying the need for a more bespoke offering than Abbey’s traditional inventory, Fulcrum Group acquired specialty rental collection. One True Love Vintage.
The vintage rental brand provides highly curated and one-of-a-kind furniture, accessories, and objet d’art for events and weddings in Northern California.
Known as “Rent the Runway for table settings,” Table + Teaspoon is a nationwide table setting rental company with nine seasonal designs.
