Home to Abbey Party Rents, One True Love Vintage, Webster Hall, and Table + Teaspoon, Fulcrum Group’s business model is designed as an elevated one-stop-shop for all things events. We have thoughtfully enhanced our inventory and assembled a best-in-class staff, combining years of industry knowledge, to execute this vision.
Named for the word fulcrum, defined as, "a thing that plays a central or essential role in an activity, event, or situation," the intuitive collection of brands aims to provide consumers access to everything they could ever need — from venues and tenting to table settings — whether they’re hosting an intimate gathering at home or a grand celebration.
Each of Fulcrum Group’s portfolio brands are headquartered collectively in our 56,000 square foot facility in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Abbey Party Rents leads the portfolio of brands in size.
Abbey Party Rents is a respected player in the Northern California large-scale events scene, offering everything from fine china to custom tenting production.
Webster Hall, formerly the Health Sciences Library, is a venue rich with Bay Area history. The building was designed and constructed in 1912 by Albert Pissis, San Francisco’s first Ecole des Beaux-Arts trained architect.
Originally funded by the Cooper Medical College of San Francisco, the institution merged with Stanford University’s School of Medicine, occupying the space until 1956.
In 1970, the library was dedicated to commemorate a distinct group of physicians and dentists who made important contributions to San Francisco’s medical history.
The Property became a Historic Designated Landmark in June 1979, and was utilized by the California Pacific Medical Center as a medical library through the 1990s.

Identifying the need for a more bespoke offering than Abbey’s traditional inventory, Fulcrum Group acquired specialty rental collection. One True Love Vintage.
The vintage rental brand provides highly curated and one-of-a-kind furniture, accessories, and objet d’art for events and weddings in Northern California.
Known as “Rent the Runway for table settings,” Table + Teaspoon is a nationwide table setting rental company with nine seasonal designs.
