LIZ CURTIS
CEO
Liz Curtis is CEO of Fulcrum Group, a multi-brand events portfolio based in the Bay Area and serving clients nationwide. She leads the overall vision, strategy, and operational growth of six companies spanning event rentals, design, production, venue management, and industry software.
A Bay Area native, Liz attended UC Berkeley and UC Hastings College of the Law before beginning her career in corporate litigation. In 2013, she left the legal world to build Table + Teaspoon, which she grew from a personal blog into the first nationwide table setting rental delivery service. As its founder, she pioneered the curated ecommerce event rental model and expanded Table + Teaspoon to serve clients across the country.
In 2020, recognizing widespread opportunity for innovation in the events industry, Liz merged Table + Teaspoon with Abbey Party Rents and stepped into the CEO role at Fulcrum Group. Under her leadership, the portfolio has scaled significantly in both revenue and operational footprint, expanded into new verticals, and modernized core systems and industry practices.

Today, Fulcrum Group includes Table + Teaspoon, Abbey Party Rents, Fulcrum Productions, One True Love Vintage, a luxury venues division, and Priorum, its rapidly expanding software arm. Recent marquee projects include producing infrastructure for the APEC conference, leading event operations for NBA All Star Weekend, securing a multi-year partnership with the de Young Museum, and serving as the face of Ferrero Rocher’s national holiday campaign.
