PRINCIPAL

Mike is the Principal of Fulcrum Group, overseeing ownership strategy, capital allocation, and long term portfolio development. As the Group’s principal shareholder, Mike focuses on identifying opportunities for expansion, guiding acquisition decisions, and supporting the executive team as they scale the company across multiple verticals.

Before forming Fulcrum Group, Mike played a key role in modernizing and expanding Abbey Party Rents SF, helping position the legacy brand for continued growth. His work during this period included strengthening operational infrastructure, diversifying inventory, and developing the foundation that later enabled the formation of Fulcrum Group.

Since 2020, Mike’s role has centered on supporting Fulcrum Group’s leadership and ensuring the companies within the portfolio have the resources needed to grow. He continues to focus on strategic investment, market evaluation, and long range planning for the Group’s multi brand ecosystem.

Mike brings decades of experience in entrepreneurship, high growth environments, and complex multi site operations. His background provides Fulcrum Group with a broad perspective on scaling established businesses, evaluating new opportunities, and navigating the evolving landscape of the events industry.
