OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

The Operations Department focuses on managing the day-to-day functions and processes of the portfolio of brands and maximizing efficiency. The department strategizes and oversees our processes to achieve the highest possible operating profit. The department is tasked with ensuring the successful conversion of inputs such as materials, labor, and technology into outputs in an efficient manner. The department also oversees Human Resources, Payroll, and IT.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


Fulcrum is looking for a passionate team player who excels in multi-tasking, is a quick learner, and enjoys a fast-paced environment to be our Operations Associate, reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer. Must have qualities are a positive self-starter who can work independently, with natural curiosity about how things work and the desire to learn all facets of our business.. Ideally, this person has experience in the events/hospitality industry, and a passion for events. A Human Resources/Payroll background is a bonus, but we are happy to teach you this part of the role.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Review Operating Procedures and revenue to make recommendations on Operations Strategy

  • Observe employees in our 56,000 square foot warehouse and in the field to make suggestions on how to improve efficiency

  • Oversee implementation of Priorum software

  • Human Resources and Payroll

  • New Hire Onboarding and Training for Operations and Sales

  • Assistance with Company-Wide Events

  • Inventory Data Entry

  • Administrative Filing

  • Other Duties: Your managers may request other tasks and projects as-needed

ATTIRE

  • Contemporary Business Attire

JOB TYPE

  • Full-Time

  • Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm; (1) hour lunch

  • $55,000-65,000 depending on experience

  • Vacation: Team members earn 3.077 hours of paid vacation for each full pay period of employment after the first 90 days
