WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Fulcrum is looking for a passionate team player who excels in multi-tasking, is a quick learner, and enjoys a fast-paced environment with a high customer volume to be our Will Call Manager. Must have qualities are a positive self-starter who can work independently and quickly greet customers while providing product knowledge and maintaining a friendly and professional manner with both operations staff and our customers. Ideally, this person has experience in a busy warehouse environment and the events/hospitality industry. Bilingual Spanish and English is a major plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as face of the company for first interactions with clients, including phone, in person, and via email at Will Call
Manage our rental Will Call order pick-ups and returns daily
Monday and Friday have the heaviest volume for Will Call
Comfortable with fast-paced environment
Ability to lift 50-pounds
Prepare quotes for your Will Call clients by determining the products that will best suit their needs and budget or add to their existing orders
Collect and process Will Call payments in a timely manner
Communicate with warehouse staff to make sure all orders are sent out correctly
Oversee load-in/load-out from beginning to end to make sure all items on the contract are sent out and returned
Review contracts with clients when they pick-up to confirm all items are what they need
React quickly to changes at pick-up when clients request amendments to their orders
Familiarity with inventory in the warehouse in case you need to confirm availability day-of
Develop an understanding of warehouse roles and who is in charge of what department in order to ask for help when needed
Make calls to remind clients of the pick-up and return hours
Skill to handle 2-3 clients at a time ex: collect ID/sign document while another client may be loading up or dropping-off items
Follow-up with clients if items are missing or broken
Other Duties: Your managers may request other tasks and projects as-needed

JOB TYPE
Full-Time
Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm; (1) hour lunch
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience, plus commission after 90-days

Vacation: Team members earn 3.077 hours of paid vacation for each full pay period of employment after the first 90 days
